Reliable systems, productive teams

Put your team
where the value is.

Routine checking, chasing and updating runs across the systems you already use, following your rules. Your team keeps approvals, exceptions and the work that needs experience, starting with a fixed-price pilot on your own records.

Accounts payable, billing, collections, front-desk work, purchasing, planning, HR and payroll checks: see everything covered.

Start with the invoices stealing the morning

  • Starting point Your morning disappears into opening an invoice, finding the order and receipt, and working out which figure is wrong.
  • We configure The AP Desk turns each mismatch into one review-ready exception with the records and differences already together.
  • What changes Your person starts with the decision instead of spending the morning assembling it.

Promises in writing

You see proof on your records
You keep every configured workflow
Your decisions stay with people
Your fixed price is written first
We put the process, price, acceptance tests and refusal lines in writing before work starts. We test access against your actual systems before asking you to buy a pilot. We will not move money, make employment decisions, answer clinical questions or hide judgment inside a workflow. You can check the work on your own records before deciding on production.

Before you buy

What you should know before a pilot

How much does a desk cost?

Every pilot has a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts. We price it only after confirming access to the systems involved, so you do not pay for a scope built around access that fails later. You know the process, exclusions and total before the pilot begins.

How long does a pilot take?

A pilot takes ten business days from the day access works. Your team gives us three short sessions; we handle the configuration, replay and evidence between them.

Who owns what you configure?

You do. The configured workflow stays in your own account, so the work you approved does not disappear at handover.

What happens during a pilot?

Bring one manual process that keeps consuming the week. We run it on your own records in read-only mode, then prepare drafts without sending, posting or paying anything. You judge it against the tests agreed on day one and make the go or no-go decision.

Which systems can you connect to?

We can usually connect to systems with an API, a supported integration or a reliable export. We confirm access before proposing. That check tells you whether the desk can reach the records it needs before you approve the price.

What will a desk never do?

Your money, employment decisions, clinical questions and complaints stay with people. Each desk names its other refusal lines before the pilot, so an approval can never quietly release work you meant to keep human.

Where are your clients based?

We work remotely with companies in the United States. Your records stay in the systems your company already runs.

How do we get started?

Bring the vacancy or the manual process to a 20-minute fit call, or send it through the contact form. We tell you which desk fits and whether we would propose or decline a pilot.

We already pay for AI tools. Can you help with those?

We also help teams put the AI tools they already pay for to work. Send the stuck process through the contact form or bring it to the call.
