Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data we collect on this website, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated 18 July 2026.
Who we are
Amantia Digital (amantiadigital.com) is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. Amantia Digital is currently operated as an independent business by its founder and is not yet incorporated as a registered company; this page will be updated with the registered entity details once registration is complete. You can reach us at[email protected] for any privacy question or request.
What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form
We collect the information you type into it:
- Your name and work email (required) — so we can reply.
- Company (optional) — to understand your context.
- Your message — what you are trying to fix or grow.
We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about the service you asked about. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We do not sell this data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
Your submission is delivered to us by email through Resend (our email delivery provider) and arrives in our amantiadigital.com mailbox. You also receive an automatic confirmation email. The form does not create a public profile or account.
Bot protection
To stop spam we use a hidden field and, where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile performs a privacy-focused check to confirm you are human and may process technical data such as your IP address for that purpose.
Fonts and hosting
This site currently loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google. We are moving these fonts to our own hosting to remove that third-party request. The site is served through our hosting provider, which processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.
Analytics and cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site, so there is no cookie banner to click. If we add analytics in future, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Booking a call
Our booking links take you to Cal.com, a third party with its own privacy policy. Anything you enter there is handled by Cal.com as well as by us.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make this site and our replies work — currently our email delivery provider (Resend), our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), our mailbox provider, and our booking provider (Cal.com) — and only so they can perform that service for us. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent where we rely on it, and complain to your national data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.
International transfers
Some of our providers operate outside the EU/EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA or UK, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our tools, our company status, or the law changes, and we will change the "last updated" date above.
